The Silent Retreat

Silence is a great ally. It is quiet extraordinary how loud it can become. This is often a profound life changing event that resonates to the deepest places of the soul and to the knowing of ones true self. It is an event conducted in, yes I suppose its obvious, an event conducted free from speech, free from other un-necessary sound interactions.

The Meditation Retreat

Help, Support, Instruction and Time are the components of this event. Time most of all, time to still the ceaseless prattle of the brain. Time to bring inner silence so that we can hear the divine inspiring our life’s journey. Taking the opportunity to shut up and listen at a deeper level of awareness.

The Reiki Retreat

This is an event based on the teachings of Miko Usui. Reki is an energy healing system and this retreat is suitable for the master and the ‘know nothings’ alike.

The Past Life Regression Retreat

Pat is a past life regression therapist, and will help you visit and experience your past life events. From these experiences you will begin to understand many of the things that puzzle or interest you in the ‘this life’

The Christian Retreat

This is an event based on the broader experience of Christ and can involve scripture or re-learning how to meditate on the Rosary.

The Chakra Retreat

Phew!! For me this is the master of them all! We work through the seven widely accepted major energy portals of the non-physical. We will journey through each chakra, so that we almost have seven retreats within the one event. We will meet and experience the power animals, the elementals and other lore associated with each one.

The Shamanic Retreat

Retreat with Pat Shaman as your personal guide, even if Shamanism is part of your daily code or a passing fantasy, you can have the most revealing experiences on this retreat. The drum and rattle are in the service of the Shaman, they can act as vehicles of transport or tools for wellness, make this retreat to learn more. You will come to know many rituals and meet with your guides and power animals during this event.

The Nature Retreat

Getting closer to nature, to the four elements, to The Wind, The Water, The Sun, The Earth, this is a great way begin to know ourselves. Remembering that the animator, he who animates us (gives us life) he/she animates all things with the same life force, be it the tree or the bee, we are all connected by being made of the same creator. Pondering the stars at night or connecting with the spirit of the waterfall or river is a wonderful way to retreat, retreat from the ‘ordinary’.

The Relationship Retreat

Now there is a theme to challenge us all. What is it about? Well it’s about taking time to consider, contemplate, meditate on what is your role, your expectation, of/in the many relationships you have in your life. It is an opportunity to consider your personal intimate relationships, your relationship with the planet, with your family. We relate to/with many ‘things’ as we go through life. This retreat is an opportunity to look at our relationships with more open eyes.

The Crystal Retreat:

Sharing time, place and space with the obvious outer beauty of crystals and gem stones is an attractive proposition indeed. To journey inward, to the within of a gemstone or a quartz crystal, is to journey to the heart of the earth element that bestowed them on us. This is a most beauty filled retreat.
